Winter blues got you down? Then come celebrate the season in Montreal at the 7th annual High Lights Festival. Slated to begin February 16, 2006, this 11-day festival features hundreds of exceptional gastronomic and wine tasting activities, shows, exhibits and concerts.

The festival’s specially illuminated outdoor site provides an excellent showcase for jugglers, fire-eaters, acrobats and a host of other entertainers. Festival-goers can pick from over 70 activities including 50 which are completely free of charge.

Entertainment options range from live music, poetry, story-telling and comedy to exhibitions, movies, athletic events and dance performances. There’s truly a little something for everybody at the High Lights Festival.
